Why no ticket below €12,000?+
The free public diagnostic exists to qualify inbound. Below €12,000 the exocortex wire-in is too shallow to produce demonstrable value. Pilot at €12,000 is the floor.
What is the difference between Pilot and Boot?+
Pilot is one-off, 90 days, designed as a paid proof-of-concept. Boot is the permanent annual subscription (€25,000 per year). 60–80% of Pilots convert to Boot.
Operate vs Augment?+
Operate executes low-risk levers. Augment adds a complete digital twin, 12–24 month auto-refreshed forecast, predictive risk score, weekly cybernetic executive deliverables, multi-country, and a 1-hour SLA.
Who is Sovereign for?+
Tier-1 banks, major insurers, sovereign funds, government, defence, energy operators. Any organisation requiring on-premise, air-gap, shared IP, or advanced multi-framework compliance (SecNumCloud, HDS, DORA, ITAR).
Are sector modules mandatory?+
No. They snap into Boot+ to deepen the sector cell. Boot already covers 250+ generic cells. Modules add 50–150 sector-specific cells.
Payment & contracting
How are Pilot and Boot paid?+
100% upfront via Stripe Checkout. Card or SEPA Instant Debit. No staged payment below Augment.
Do Augment and Sovereign accept 30-day terms?+
Yes via SEPA Direct Debit with bank guarantee for payments at or above €500,000. Detailed terms in the corresponding contract.
Is there a free trial?+
No. The anonymised public diagnostic is free. Paid wire-in starts at Pilot €12,000. No trial offer on subscription tiers.
USD / EUR / other currencies?+
EUR is the primary currency. USD available for Sovereign with Stripe Tax conversion. Wider multi-currency planned for Q3 2026.
Security & compliance
Where is my data stored?+
France or EU only for Pilot/Boot/Operate/Augment. Sovereign: client on-premise (bank-grade cluster) or air-gap. No transfer outside the EU without explicit signed authorisation.
What compliance per tier?+
Pilot/Boot: strict GDPR + DPA. Operate: + ISO 27001 readiness. Augment: ISO 27001 + NIS2 + CSRD. Sovereign: + SecNumCloud, HDS, DORA, ITAR, RGCC per contract.
Is the reasoning trail opposable?+
Yes from Augment upwards. GPG-signed reasoning trail, hash chain, exportable as a reviewable pack for statutory auditors or regulators.
Penetration testing?+
Annual intrusion tests (subcontracted to an independent third party). Reports available on request from Operate. Full plan in docs/security/pentests_plan.md.
Can my data train a model?+
No. No client data trains any model, generic or Exior-specific. Exior's doctrine is built from public data (filed FEC, INPI, BODACC, DECP, Légifrance, EUR-Lex) and anonymised cases at least 5 years old.
Red lines & refusals
What are the four Exior red lines?+
1. KYC (no action under client identity). 2. Payment action (no transfer or direct debit triggered). 3. First-touch editorial (no outbound communication on behalf of the client). 4. Irreversible external destruction (no non-recoverable deletion).
How are these refusals technically guaranteed?+
Frozen Python dataclasses with __post_init__ verification: any action that triggers a red line fails at construction time (pre-execution refusal). Source code is public in `exior/governance/redlines.py`.
And if the exocortex proposes an action I refuse?+
You always retain control. The exocortex proposes, you validate. Operate executes only the low-risk levers pre-validated in the contract. Everything else stays under human control.
Onboarding & deliverables
Activation lead time after payment?+
Pilot: ≤ 24 h. Boot: ≤ 24 h. Operate: ≤ 72 h (setup). Augment: ≤ 7 days (institutional setup). Sovereign: ≤ 30 days (on-premise deployment).
What permanent deliverables?+
Framing brief at D0+1h, monthly OIF refresh, weekly executive deliverable (Augment+), quarterly Sovereign review, signed reasoning trail running continuously.
Can I see a sample deliverable?+
Yes: `/en/papers` hosts the open-data publications, and `/en/demo` shows the live dashboard on an anonymised organisation.
